New Candle Jars

Our Hand-Poured Soy Wax Candles have a new look.

Same Fragrances, same clean and naturally long burn time but they are now housed in hexagonal honey jars that come with a lid! 

Our previous containers were upcycled wine and beer bottles. De labelled, cut and sanded by hand by us. Unfortunately as a business it was just not viable to continue to do this (we even paid someone to help us out with it last year and they refused to do it this year as its such frustrating work!)

I love making the candles. I love watching people's reactions at fairs and markets when they smell them. Being told by our customers that our candles are their favourites. Repeat buys of that extra special fragrance that they just have to have filling their home.

We know the wine and beer bottles were very popular and we might disappoint a few people by stopping them. It was unfortunately either find a new vessel for them or stop doing them altogether. We've been making them and building up our business with them for the last 5 years and I couldn't bear the thought of not having them in our lives any more!

After lots of research we found these honey jars. We knew we needed something with a lid (a frequent request) Something we couldn't provide with the last containers as they were irregular in size and shape. We're really pleased with how these guys look and they are proving to be popular in the shops that we stock and the fairs we have done.

And the best bit... they are now postable! So if you are not near any of our stockists then don't hesitate in dropping us a message and we can get your favourite scent in the post to you.
